(Finder) for a purchase price of approximately $145 million, subject to normal post-closing adjustments.


LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Nov. 7, 2013) – CRS Reprocessing Services, LLC (CRS) announced its acquisition of Kilgore, Texas-based Solids Solutions, LLC.

Solids Solutions’ employees, including key management personnel, will join CRS’ existing team of highly skilled professionals, operating as CRS Reprocessing Oil & Gas Services and reporting to Michael Heath, CRS’ global general manager.

Stafford, Texas (Oct. 15, 2013) – COOPER® Valves has acquired Accuseal, a manufacturer of severe service metal-seated ball valves. The acquisition will strengthen COOPER Valves’ position within the severe service valve market. Accuseal will conduct future business as a brand of COOPER Valves under the name COOPER Accuseal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

HELSINKI (Oct. 1, 2013) – Metso Corporation's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) approved the Board of Directors' proposed plan for partial demerger and decided to demerge Metso into two companies. Metso's Pulp, Paper and Power business will be transferred to the new company, Valmet Corporation, and Mining and Construction and Automation business will remain part of Metso.

KYOTO, Japan (Sept. 25, 2013) – Nidec Corporation today announced that one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Nidec Sankyo Corporation ("Nidec Sankyo"), has agreed to purchase all of the shares of common stock of Mitsubishi Materials C.M.I. Corporation ("CMI") from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation ("Mitsubishi Materials") (the "Transaction"). Nidec Sankyo and Mitsubishi Materials have entered into a basic agreement in connection with the Transaction as of September 26, 2013.

HOUSTON (Sept. 24, 2013) – Invensys has acquired InduSoft. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, and founded in 1997, InduSoft has delivered more than 250,000 HMI software licenses to more than 700 customers worldwide, primarily industrial computer manufacturers and machine and system builders, who embed InduSoft’s software into their products.


HOUSTON (Sept. 9, 2013) – Acteon has completed the acquisition of Probe Oil Tools Ltd, which is based in Great Yarmouth, UK. CRAWLEY, West Sussex, U.K. (Aug. 19, 2013) – Edwards Group Limited, a developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products, abatement systems and related value-added services, and Atlas Copco Group, the Sweden-based provider of industrial productivity solutions, announced that the companies have entered into a definitive merger agreement in a transaction valued at up to approximately $1.6 billion, including the assumption of debt.
