PERTH, Australia (Oct. 2, 2013) – KETO Pumps has completed the acquisition of Rockingham-based Pump Technology Services (PTS). PTS will become a KETO Pumps Group company, providing it with opportunities to expand its pump design, manufacturing and rotating equipment repair services in Australia and beyond.

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (Oct. 1, 2013) – Grundfos has appointed Duncan Cooper as president and chief executive officer of the company’s North American region. Cooper succeeds Jes Munk Hansen, who leaves the company to pursue other interests after leading the region for the past five years.

AICHTAL, Germany (Sept. 2, 2013) – The Supervisory Board of Putzmeister appointed Dr. Gerald Karch as CEO and successor of Norbert Scheuch. Scheuch left the company in mutual agreement after four years as CEO, on Aug. 31, 2013. Gerald Karch joined Putzmeister at the end of 2008 and was appointed to the management board in early 2010. In addition to the CEO role he will also be appointed to the Board of Sany, subject to the usual appointment procedures.

She will assist with inquiries, referring end users to the distribution network, assist customers with product price and availability questions and numerous other duties.
