HOUSTON – DXP Enterprises, Inc. has announced that it has completed the acquisitions of Burt Gurney & Associates (“BGA”) and MaxVac Inc. (“MaxVac”). DXP funded the acquisitions with cash on the balance sheet.

PHOENIX, Ariz. (Oct. 5, 2015) – As part of its western region expansion, DXP/Phoenix has hired Dean Taylor as mechanical engineer/technical sales.
Taylor began his career with Parker Hannifin as a field service technician for heavy-duty mining equipment. He also has served Metso Minerals as wear products specialist for mining and industrial equipment.

Councilor is a highly skilled and motivated project, service and maintenance professional with more than 35 years of experience in facilities, mechanical, electrical operations, inspections, budgeting and repair.
HOUSTON (June 10, 2015) – As part of its western region expansion, DXP/Quadna has promoted and assigned several leaders to new responsibilities.
PHOENIX (July 23, 2014) – DXP/Quadna hired Tony J. Peterson as business development representative for its newly formed safety services division in Phoenix, Arizona.
Prior to joining DXP, Peterson was in the sales and marketing profession for several strong companies in the Valley of the Sun. His primary focus for the past several years has been in the safety industry, where he has helped employers stay compliant and their workforces safe.
HOUSTON (Dec. 9, 2013) – DXP Enterprises, Inc., and B27, LLC, principally controlled by Champlain Capital Partners, L.P., announced that they entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which DXP will acquire all of the equity securities and interests of B27, LLC, at a purchase price of approximately $285 million.
