Almasi is a rotating machine consultant in Australia. He is a chartered professional engineer of Engineers Australia and IMechE and a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland. He specializes in rotating machines of several types, including subsea and offshore rotating equipment. He has written more than 80 papers and articles dealing with rotating equipment, condition monitoring, offshore and subsea equipment, and reliability. “Pumps & Systems MENA delivers great content for our industry in the Middle East,” Almasi said. “I’m excited to join their advisory board.” As an Editorial Advisory Board member, Almasi will be consulted on the latest trends and challenges in the MENA pumps market.
