MINNEAPOLIS (June 1, 2012) – Pentair, Inc., announced the appointment of Jim Lucas to the position of vice president of Investor Relations effective immediately. Lucas will replace Sara Zawoyski, previously vice president of Investor Relations, who has been promoted to the position of chief financial officer for Pentair's Technical Products business. To ensure a smooth transition, Lucas and Zawoyski will work closely together through August 1, 2012.
