Weir Oil & Gas has completed an acquisition of KOP Surface Products for an estimated $114 million, the company announced last week.
Weir first announced plans to acquire KOP in June 2017. The company says the expansion reflects its goal of global expansion, with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region.
KOP's chief executive Gordon Cameron will continue to serve as president, reporting to Weir's Oil & Gas Division President Paul Coppinger.
DAMMAN, Saudi Arabia -- Emerson Automation Solutions has recruited 15 Saudi nationals to their Beginners Integration Training (BIT) Program this month.
The trainees recently graduated from top universities in Saudi Arabia and the U.S. The BIT Program aims to train 15 graduates annually for full-time Emerson positions each year.
